We’re delighted to expand on our amazing talent base with the arrival of Sree Srinivasan – the latest sales expert to join our growing internal team. As we welcome Sree to the Gekko family, we sit down to talk Gekko, family and joining the brand as a newbie. Check it out:

Tell us a bit about your journey with Gekko so far. What has your journey looked like?

I recently joined Quin Global this month as part of the Gekko internal sales team, and I couldn’t be any happier! I’m the first Indian to work for the company, and I’m proud to say that.

The teams throughout Quin Global and Gekko Flooring Adhesives are just like my family. I’m delighted to be a part of this prestigious brand and I’m excited to see where things go next for the market’s leading spray flooring adhesives!

What do you like most about sticking with Gekko?

Our distributors are the ones who literally take our brand forward, and I think this is a really unique and exciting aspect of the brand. As a member of the Gekko Sales Team, I can’t thank these companies enough for their ongoing support. 

Aside from that, the quality and performance of our products is simply unrivalled in the field. Not only are our spray flooring adhesives faster and easier to use – they are also more economic and prioritise health & safety with a cleaner approach to adhesive engineering. 

Culture-wise, the brand is an awesome fit for me. Our Sales Manager Rachael Morgan often repeats the mantra that “humans buy from humans”. I think that is absolutely true and I really enjoy having a chat and explaining our products to our customers and distributors.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not promoting the market’s leading spray flooring adhesives?

In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and reading up on philosophy – I also enjoy long, rambling walks with my wife. Like everyone else in this industry, my world ends with my family. I like being fully present in whatever I’m doing.
